The Produce department at the O.C.M. has always been the mainstay of our market. What could be better than the freshest quality fruits and vegetables? In the summer we get Vancouver Island’s best strawberries from Port Alberni. We also get radishes and green onions from a local couple which have been growing for us for almost 20 years. All of these items and more are picked fresh and sold that day to ensure the highest quality.

Many of our local customers are requesting organic produce - we carry a variety of unsprayed and fungicide free produce. Our local area is one the most productive regions in B.C. Everyday we get people coming to get daily fixings for supper that night. Whether it is just a head of lettuce or basket of fresh blueberries we’ve got what you need to quench your craving.

I almost forgot...the great big luscious cherries directly from the Okanagan are one the most requested fruits of the season. They are available for only two or three short weeks.
